標題[問題] 求救!右鍵新增是空白的

今天想要在桌面新增資料夾按右鍵卻發現新增是空白的不只在桌面在其他地方也無法新增在網路上找到了這個方法 "開始"→"執行"→regedit，到以下位置 HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\New 右邊有一個"(預設值)"的項目，檢查它的資料是不是 {D969A300-E7FF-11d0-A93B-00A0C90F2719} 已經確認過號碼是一樣的不管是重新啟動、系統還原還是掃毒都試過了請問是出了什麼問題呢?
