美財長：美解除古巴旅遊與貿易限制

美國明天將解除對古巴的旅遊和貿易限制，履行上月達成的協議，與古巴開始恢復關係正常化。

美國財政部長路傑克表示（Jacob Lew）說：「今天宣布的消息讓我們往取代無法發揮作用的過時政策更邁進一步，並實施有助於促進古巴人政治和經濟自由的政策。」
