直轄市及縣市議長選舉陳亭妃要求修訂為記名投票

鑑於直轄市及縣（市）議長選舉期間，都會出現種種投票爭議，而為杜絕金權、黑道嚴重影響地方政治文化，立委陳亭妃5日要求內政部比照民主先進國家，從「無記名」修訂為記名投票。

陳亭妃表示，2013年高等法院台中分院及今年（2014）高等法院高雄分院的確定判決，均依據責任政治及政黨政治的憲法精神，判決在地方議會正副議長選舉過程中「公開投票」的議員「無罪定讞」，這代表「記名」選議長在法律上，確實是具有可行性與正當性。

陳亭妃說，內政部應贊成刪除地制法「無記名」，向「記名投票」的修法邁進，方能減少選舉弊端，以臻完善。
