陸：70城市房價連續三月未漲

大陸國家統計局今天發布11月70個大中城市住宅銷售價格統計數據顯示，70個大中城市房價已連續三個月無一上漲。

與上月相比，70個大中城市中，價格下降的城市有67個，持平的城市有3個。

國家統計局城市司高級統計師劉建偉解讀指出，隨著10月以來各地信貸政策陸續調整，加之11月21日人行降息，政策疊加效應對房地產銷售產生積極影響，11月70個大中城市新建商品住宅成交量較10月有所放大，為年內新高。
