iphone5s 整新機拿外觀有刮傷

我在14/10月底買了5s
但用了差不多快一個月就掉到馬桶...
我都哭了整個大崩潰 :(
之後就拿去送修

因為是跟親戚買的(在亞太上班) 所以送回親戚那裡修
今天拿回了手機我爸跟我說是貼錢換新機(9千多很心痛) 我心想說因該是整新機巴...
拿不回原機想說沒關西也聽很多人說整新機外觀是全新的

但是我今天拿到機子後發現在下面有刮傷看的出使用痕跡 T0T
用外框保護殼就看不到了可是心裡還是很不是滋味
因為在還沒換機前的時候都把它外觀保護的好好的

好難過這樣可以跟他在換機子嘛? 還是在保固前換整新機?

如果在保固前要怎麼換機子呢? 請替我解答謝謝!!!
