背景說明 小弟國立研究所碩士畢業，職場新鮮菜鳥 狀況說明 最近待業中，找了一陣子的工作了， 最近得到了永豐餘工紙部的生管人員OFFER， 以工作時數與給予的薪資來看，對我來說還算OK， 在還沒報到之前，有些事情還是想知道， 雖然很多在面試時都已問得非常清楚， 但還是深怕是官方說法。 1.升遷加薪部分: 聽說很像是公務員，以年資為主要考量。 2.工作環境: 面試當天主管有帶我們參觀一遍工廠，似乎有點惡劣，不知道一天在廠區 所需待的時間大概多久。 3.同事相處: 這點也有詢問主管，給予的答案是融洽，不知道是否有其他的內幕。 4.傳統產業生管未來發展: 若以後想跳其他產業，如科技業，是否會有資歷不承認的 問題。 希望有相關經驗的板友可以給我些建議以及解答，若不方便也歡迎您站內信，謝謝您。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.172.186.171 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1413305792.A.6D6.html
