前兩天老爸因為要出國...
因此到台南仁德某間知名民間手機行
因父親之前手機資費太高遠傳大雙網1765加網路799
所以要降費率
經店員推薦遠傳4g1399費率我們也同意申辦
申辦htc的手機，因父親不想花錢所以辦了e8是零元機
當下店員也詢問遠傳是否可以辦理
因為是降費率所以等了一會兒
確定可以辦才申辦
過兩天也就是今天
店員撥手機給我說
因為作業疏失所以不能續約
要改申辦4g1799的費率
但是可以優惠改成24個月
如果不想的話就要以空機價買回E8
當下真的很無言
不是等你確定好才續約嗎
優惠6個月可以提早續約
感覺沒什麼差
畢竟門號已經用了很久
也不會說換就換
但每個月多400
24個月就多了9600
用9600換提早6個月續約換手機...
感覺很不划算
因為父親要出國所以也不想打擾他的心情
跟店家討論後他們也同意父親回國後再處理

請問網路達人們這件事該怎麼處理比較好?
