病患打醫師 一審判3月

（中央社記者程啟峰高雄7日電）因外傷就醫的民眾邱彩榮，不聽從醫護人員指示，還毆打高雄長庚醫院陳姓醫師，一審依妨害醫療法判處徒刑3月，得易科罰金。

高雄地方法院今天發布判決書指出，邱彩榮去年2月9日晚間因外傷被送進高雄長庚醫院治療，於院內電腦斷層檢查室接受檢查時，因不願受檢而大聲咆哮，放射診斷科陳姓醫師上前制止，邱男即揮拳毆打其下巴並掐住其脖子成傷，案經警方送辦。1031007
