本報訊

（中央社華盛頓1日綜合外電報導）負責保護美國總統的特勤局（Secret Service）頻頻出包，局長皮爾森（Julia Pierson）今天辭職。

國土安全部長強生（Jeh Johnson）宣布皮爾森辭職，並表示將由特勤局資深幹員克蘭西（JosephClancy）代理局長。

白宮表示，歐巴馬打電話給皮爾森表示感謝她多年來的服務。
