生菜沙拉 Q&A

Hello =) 大大您好

小女是位國中生 最近突然心血來潮很想吃生菜沙拉，
但又由於學校外所販賣的很噁心(?) 所以就想自己動手做啦！ ((是的以上都是廢話w

＃個人打算在回家的路上 順路走去黃昏市場買材料
晚上做好後放冰箱，然後隔天早上帶去學校當早餐。

P.S:因為補習的關係，所以一個禮拜最多走去市場一次而已。
(]不知道這樣妥不妥，請各位評估一下囉！[)

＝＝＝=＝＝以下為主要問題

１Ｑ　青春期以生菜沙拉作為早餐妥當嗎？
　　　若不妥當請問原因是？
