網拍業者收款500萬　神隱不出貨

網拍業者磊媽寶貝坊、艾斯東行銷網，販售嬰童用品、3C產品，被控收錢不出貨，眾多受害者損失總金額高達500萬元。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，桃園凃小姐說，她去年12月陸續向磊媽寶貝坊及艾斯東行銷網下標購買日用品，原本都正常收到貨，但今年3月起陸續發生已付款未到貨情形，截至今年5月底，共計28筆交易已付款卻未到貨，損失達1萬1500元。凃小姐發現有相同受害者在臉書成立「磊媽、磊哥、艾斯東受害者聯盟」，截至9月已逾150名成員加入。記者查訪，兩業者都已搬離公司現址不知去向，消基會指出，業者可能涉及《刑法》詐欺罪嫌。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
