360昂坪搭完後進香港的交通

請教各位前輩，因為碰上昂坪纜車維修時間，沒辦法排在旅程的最後一天去搭，所以我們預計9/13(六)一下飛機(抵達時間約早上10:05)就去搭昂坪纜車，之後再去飯店check in(港島海逸君綽). 目前考慮2個線路：
1.機場寄行李，搭車去坐纜車，逛完昂坪後，再回機場拿行李搭機場快線進港島轉車去飯店。
2.拖著行李搭車去東涌站寄行李，逛完昂坪後，直接搭港鐵進港島再轉車去飯店。

因為碰上9/13(六)假日，已經有心理準備人潮很多，所以已經砸重本買了水晶車廂來回的票了，就是想縮短排隊時間，我想問的是：
1.以上二種進港島的方式，先不管費用，所花費的時間是否差不多?您會建議我們搭那種較好?
2.如果預計昂坪逛2小時，這樣算下來，抵達飯店的時間大約16:30左右嗎?
