《課長王子》，原作(原案)為林宏樹，AIC製作的電視動畫，日本於1999年7月-同年10月期間播出，全13話。

田中王兒是一個平凡無奇的中年上班族，每天的生活就只是上班、下班、應酬，如同機器般的週而復始，目前任職於下目黑商事總務課代理課長一職。田中年輕時曾是風光一時的搖滾樂手，然而如今也只能藉著他僅存的一把電結他「Flying Five」來緬懷過去。某日，公司來了一位新同事—結城麗娜，從此改變了田中的生活......

自從麗娜這個美麗而令人遐思的女人出現後，田中原本乏味的日子開始變得多采多姿起來，由於麗娜的主動親近與邀約，田中終於拾回年輕時的那份狂放不覊的快感。然而令人奇怪的是，麗娜竟然說自己是來自於距離地球15光年外的外星人，而且只有田中這個「救世主」可以解救她們的民族，幫助她們抵抗外星軍團的入侵......
