本報訊

南港輪胎爆發內控問題，台灣證券交易所每季都會舉辦內稽主管座談，今年第 3季將規劃「資產安全」、「個資安全」及「工作安全」等3大主題。

其中，首場將以「資產安全」為主軸，邀請25家電子零組件業上市公司稽核主管參加，藉由專題演講及分組交流的座談會模式，增進彼此查核技巧及吸取不同經驗。

證交所表示，第3季稽核主管座談會，將邀請勤業眾信聯合會計師事務所曾?及劉婉蓉2位企業風險管理專家，進行有關「資產安全與員工舞弊」專題演講，透過營業秘密管理實務及建立舞弊風險預防機制等案例及規劃分析，降低企業舞弊風險並提升公司治理。(中央社)
