馬航墜毀／疑親俄叛軍誤判 SA-17 飛彈擊落

墜毀在烏俄邊境的馬航MH17班機，目前傳出可能是遭到前蘇聯時期起就開始研製的山毛櫸（Buk）地對空飛彈系統所擊落。該款導彈系統的改良版，美國國防部稱為SA-17，北約稱「灰熊」（Grizzly）。

美聯社引述獨立的西方軍事專家說法稱，烏克蘭和俄羅斯軍方都有SA-17，射程可達6萬6000英尺（20公里），遠大於馬航班機當時飛行高度的3萬英尺（10公里），親俄的叛亂分子可能從撤退的烏軍手中取得一到兩套該款飛彈。

另外，紐約時報引述美國與烏克蘭官方消息，懷疑班機是遭到烏國的親俄叛軍擊落，叛軍可能是誤判馬航班機為軍機，過去幾天以來，烏東已經有三架烏克蘭軍機遭到擊落。
