前法官妻亡 台大醫院判賠

〔自由時報記者張文川／台北報導〕高等法院退休庭長陳貽男的妻子，7年前在健身房跌倒撞到頭送到台大醫院，急診室醫師只幫她照X光、清創及縫合，未積極檢查，嘔吐也只幫她打止吐針，留院4小時後陳妻昏倒，醫院才做斷層掃描，查出顱骨骨折，結果陳妻變植物人，臥床10月死亡；陳與3子控告院方延遲醫治，求償1200多萬元，台北地院昨判台大應賠償4人各15萬，共60萬元，可上訴。
