CPU溫度過高

最近開始桌上型電腦會出現CPU溫度過高的警訊(約86度上下)

主機板是使用I5-2400 這台電腦使用約快3年
前幾天開機後開遊戲,大概10分鐘左右就會出現藍底白字畫面然後關機

之後有將風扇拆下來清掉灰塵跟重新上散熱膏
開機後溫度約55度C左右
一開遊戲馬上會飆到97上下,但是不會再當機
程式管理員顯示CPU使用率67%

想請問這樣的狀況是否有可能為電腦中毒造成?
或是有其他原因@@?
