基議長黃景泰交保：我是清白的

基隆巿議會議長黃景泰（中）清晨裁定120萬元交保，在交保程序完備後，他步出法警室發表無罪演說。

「我是清白的」，基隆市議長黃景泰今天上午7點多步出地檢署前表示，他是清白的，未來會尊重司法程序，並將一本初衷為市民服務。

黃景泰涉嫌關說圖利建商等罪被檢察官聲請羈押，基隆地方法院羈押庭今天清晨五點半多裁定他以120萬元交保，限制出境和出海。
