台中開設新住民適應與考照班

台中市民政局協助新住民適應台灣生活，舉辦生活適應輔導班，更首度開辦機車考照輔導班，6月起陸續開課，課程完全免費。

民政局長王秋冬表示，中市新住民約有5萬餘人，因語言隔閡、文化背景及生活方式差異，可能面臨許多適應問題，市府舉行各種課程，希望能協助新住民融入台灣社會。

民政局指出，這些課程完全免費，上課結業後還能取得上課時數證明，作為歸化國籍的證明文件。詳情可上台中市政府民政局網站查詢，或洽各區承辦戶政事務所報名，每班限額20人，額滿為止。
