毅嘉將發行限制員工權利新股

毅嘉（2402）今日公告，董事會決議發行1,000萬股限制員工權利新股，以吸引及留任公司所需人才。

毅嘉表示，此次發行總額上限為普通股1,000萬股，以每股10元發行，將依年資、工作績效、職等及整體貢獻，給予員工獲配股數，至於公司的績效指標為公司年營收或稅前盈餘年增率一成。

毅嘉指出，辦理此次限制員工權利新股，主因在於吸引及留任公司所需的專業人才，並提高員工對公司的向心力及歸屬感，此案仍需經股東會同意後才能辦理。
