民進黨立院黨團及台聯黨團在立法院提案，要求行政院長江宜樺報告核四案遭到否決未列入議程，民進黨及台聯立委下午在院會霸佔主席台抗議，讓包括行政院長江宜樺等官員在台下枯坐。
