三星將量產20奈米 4Gb DDR3 DRAM

南韓晶片巨擘三星電子11日表示，將大規模量產20奈米4Gb DDR3 DRAM。

三星稱該記憶體為用於個人電腦（PC）及行動裝置的最先進記憶體。根據三星，該晶片的生產效率較25奈米DDR3高出三成，是30奈米版本的兩倍，且節能效率比25奈米版本高四分之一。

三星記憶體銷售及行銷部門執行副總裁金英勳（音譯）說：「（該產品）將快速在包括PC及行動裝置市場的資訊科技產業擴大市占率，並成為產業主流。三星將持續搶先推出新一代DRAM及綠色記憶體解決方案。」
