海峽兩岸關係協會會長陳德銘對記者表示，針對大陸和臺灣聯合反恐問題，他表示『一家人沒有什麼不可以』。

根據中國青年報報導，兩岸未來有沒有可能聯合反恐？就此問題，陳德銘對記者說，按照目前兩岸協商的機制，兩岸業務部門樂見的話，海基會、海協會會積極推進。『當前，非傳統的安全問題非常嚴峻，所以這(聯合反恐)是一個好的方向。』他還表示，『習馬會』我們也樂見和支援，還有什麼不能做的？『兩岸各種合作都有可能性，一家人沒有什麼不可以做的，我覺得。』
