自由經濟區 金馬澎3縣市合作爭取

行政院核定通過台灣本島「6海1空1生技」自由經濟示範區計畫，國發會也委託專家學者協助金門、馬祖、澎湖3離島縣市推動相關計畫，初步朝「分工互補」方式進行整合。

計畫主持人劉可強表示，計畫結合3縣市特色，初步已有「創意金門」、「慢活馬祖」、「海洋澎湖」的雛型，並分別規畫成具有國際觀光概念的全境免稅島嶼。
