美俄爭執多 美駐俄大使辭職

經常與俄國當局發生爭執的美國駐俄大使麥可傅4日宣布辭職。

麥可傅上任才兩年，他也將離開歐巴馬政府。他在部落格上說，他為了家庭因素離職。「在冬奧後不久，我打算與在家州的家人團聚。」

美國駐俄大使館發言人證實，麥可傅將「提前」離開俄國。

華府與莫斯科最近又出現新的緊張情勢，雙方為了武器、人權和烏克蘭抗爭等議題起爭執。
