標題[問題] 上班的情緒表達？

標題有點怪抱歉 是想問工作上遇到一些鳥事 例如同事把他的工作丟給你/突然被告知要加班……之類的令人不愉快的事 大家都可以將情緒隱藏很好 默默接受嗎？ 像我可能下班前一小時被告知要加班 會臉垮下來 但知道自己還是要乖乖留下 臉臭也沒屁用= =+ 但就是情緒常常會泄露的太明顯囧 這是種很討厭的感覺 知道要裝沒事但卻嘴角抽動 可能也是因為突然會沒笑容導致別人很容易發現我情緒改變 有和我一樣的人嗎？ 或是曾經也是這樣的人是怎麼忍住的（？） 不想要因為這種事被說什麼脾氣很大之類 手機排版請見諒 謝謝！ -- Sent from my iPhone -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.140.204.116
