工程會擬產業全球化推動方案

協助國內工程產業向海外發展，工程會研擬工程產業全球化推動方案，預期在民國106年底達成「234」目標，包括新闢2個國家的工程技術服務市場等。

行政院公共工程委員會表示，目前國內公務建設預算有限，大型公共建設陸續完工，且已簽署世界貿易組織政府採購協定 （GPA），政府應積極協助國內工程產業向海外發展，降低對工程產業就業者的衝擊。

工程會研議在106年底前完成的目標，包括協助國內3家工程顧問業進入ENR 225大國際工程顧問公司（目前僅有中鼎工程股份有限公司1家）。

協助國內工程顧問在4年計畫執行完成後，在海外得標金額增加新台幣4億（由政府編列1億元預算，帶動民間投入1億元，目標為得標4億元）。
