日月光K7廠停工與否　環局連夜開會審議

【周昭平／高雄報導】日月光K7廠遭環保局停工處分，廠方趕在最後一天下班前、下午四時三十分，由生管副總周光春親自將陳述意見書送抵高雄市環保局。周表示，公司花很多心思及團隊力量想辦法去改善汙水處理，期望改善計畫能獲環保局接受，內容已提具體資料證明排汙水非蓄意也非做假資料，但被問到是否有K7廠關廠準備計畫，他則不願回應。

此外，周光春也帶來營運長吳田玉指名轉交給環保局長陳金德的一封信；對信件內容陳述非蓄意排放廢汙水一事，陳金德表示，從電腦監測資料顯示，很難讓人相信廠方非蓄意。

陳金德並表示，所有裁決都是依法行政，就算是停工決定，也是「不得不、痛苦」的決定，強調今晚會連夜加班開會討論，進行必要的審查，明天會將審查結果與市府相關首長開會研商，才會做出最後決定。
