比特幣… 大陸封殺 德國合法

比特幣在2009年問世，是全球通用的加密電子貨幣，透過電子交易所，就能兌換成當地現金。隨著比特幣交易的接受度增長，價值也漸獲肯定，德國政府並在2013年8月承認比特幣為合法貨幣，可繳稅或交易。

12月5日中國人民銀行等5部委才聯合發布「關於防範比特幣風險的通知」，強調比特幣不能作為貨幣在市場流通使用，中國人行強勢的封殺動作，引發比特幣在中國急挫。
