標題[閒聊] 同期的新人薪水比我高

公司有新聘請新人 其中一個是我 今天偶然發現另一個新人薪水比我高...心情有點差... 是同性質的工作，因為他那邊算是新業務 所以需要去熟悉，剛起步文書量也不多 但是他常常加班，可能在摸索或是動作慢... 我這邊是舊有工作，比起來算是穩定 但是東西比起來比較多，而且我還比他多了另一份工作(永久性的) 我認為只要他熟悉業務了，就不用在加班~只要撐過熟悉期就會開始輕鬆 相反我的工作一直是既有、固定的 不知道上面的知不知道薪水的事~!因為有事都會一直派給我 或是叫我去幫忙他 我自己是很認真的工作，自認吸收跟學習比較好， 上班我會規劃進度，努力讓自己可以準時下班，不代表比較閒 事實就是自己做的要死，結果加班幫別人工作，實在很不是滋味，而且也沒加班費 今天又發現薪水比較低的事，是我面試時沒談好嗎? 不瞭解公司往後的調薪制度 但是同一期近公司，薪水竟然不一樣，唉 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 182.155.13.88
