請問這兩句英文句子的"yet"可省略嗎?

兩句話的yet用法完全一樣, 副詞, 尚未的意思, 用於否定句或疑問句.
肯定句中相對應的字是 already (已經)

I have not decided. 我沒有決定.
I have not decided yet. 我還沒有決定.
yet能不能省略? 文法上當然可以, 副詞本來就可以省略的.
省略後意思有沒有一樣? 大致上相同, 但是多了yet就是強調 yet這個字, 我還沒有決定.

I have had lunch. 我吃過飯了
I have had lunch already. 我已經吃過飯了.
already能不能省略? 文法上當然可以, 副詞本來就可以省略的.

這跟我們文法上講的省略意義有點不同. 因為 yet 這個字實際上是有意義的字.
我舉一個文法上的省略例子如下:
I consider it (to be) good.
這句子裡的 to be 不寫, 意義上完全相同.
