瑞芳地政無障礙網頁　體貼身障人

【郭寶懃／台北報導】為提供更友善的網路環境，新北市瑞芳地政事務所的全球資訊網，重新通過NCC（國家通訊傳撥委員會）認證，取得無障礙網頁標章，未來身障人士也可以透過該網頁的語音系統輕易瀏覽網頁。

瑞芳地政事務所陳素霞主任表示，過去有許多視障人士不能讀取網路圖像，而聽障人士聽不到語音檔案，現在多了無障礙網頁軟體，視障人士就可以用手指著網頁，透過軟體影音的功能瀏覽網頁。
