借殼上市IPO 衡平考量

金管會證期局長吳裕群表示，檢討借殼上市會瞭解與IPO(初次上市櫃)的差異點，盡量衡平考量。

基因國際傳涉內線交易案，引發借殼上市話題。吳裕群今天表示，借殼上市有好有壞，壞的一面就如同大家所看到，股價易暴漲暴跌，造成投資人損失；但是好的一面就是引進新的經營者，努力帶進新的業務與新技術，使公司有新的發展。

吳裕群表示，金管會會考慮IPO與借殼上市的差異點在哪裡？盡量可以衡平考量。

金管會進一步說，借殼上市涉及經營權、業務的異動，因此檢討方向仍要整體考量。
