記憶體封測廠華東自結9月合併營收新台幣9.21億元，創歷年單月封測業績新高，第3季自結合併營收27.28億元，同創歷史單季新高。

華東自結9月合併營收9.21億元，較8月9.03億元成長2%，比去年同期8億元成長15.07%。華東9月營收突破7月和8月高點，再次創歷年單月封測業績新高。

法人指出，華東9月特殊型記憶體(specialtyDRAM)和標準型記憶體(commodity DRAM)封測拉貨動能強勁，整體帶動華東9月業績表現。

華東自結第3季合併營收27.28億元，較第2季26.33億元成長3.6%，再創歷年單季封測業績新高。

法人表示，華東第3季特殊型記憶體和標準型記憶體(commodity DRAM)封測稼動率，維持在9成以上高檔水準，

累計今年前9月華東自結合併營收75.89億元，較去年同期65.69億元成長15.52%。

展望第4季，法人預期，華東第4季整體業績可維持第3季高檔水準，單月業績可維持在新台幣9億元附近。(中央社)
