讓國人早餐吃得安心監委自動調查

監察院指出，國內早餐店林立，因應國人生活型態改變，業者發展出中西式、早午餐等各種早餐形式，但早餐店的食材、飲食環境、從業人員的操作衛生及清潔等，是否符合食品良好衛生規範，監委程仁宏、楊美鈴關注之餘，8日申請自動調查，將調查衛生機關是否落實對早餐店業者衛生管理及稽查。

監委指出，監察院過去曾針對不肖食品業者，將逾期發霉，應作為牲畜飼料用的奶粉，轉製成飲品，銷到全國早餐店販賣，危害國人健康的事件立案調查。為了持續確保民眾食用安全，監院將針對各級衛生機關是否落實早餐店業者食品衛生安全管理把關，有無善盡監督職責，進行調查，希望讓國人吃得更安心。
