涉洪仲丘案 沈威志30萬交保

軍檢偵辦洪仲丘案，今天訊問前542旅旅長沈威志少將，沈威志訊後以新台幣30萬元交保。

軍檢今天上午邀家屬重回269旅禁閉室重建現場。洪家委任律師邱顯智上午到高軍檢參與偵查庭後，受訪時表示，沈威志涉嫌職務妨害自由、處以非種類以外處罰，被軍高檢轉為被告。

軍檢偵辦陸軍下士洪仲丘案以來，542旅旅部連士官長陳以人及269旅禁閉室戒護士李念祖由證人轉為被告，現在沈威志也同樣由證人轉列被告，沈威志也是洪案被告中層級最高軍官。
