XP換WIN7旗艦版後超LAG

小弟前些日子把XP升級到了WIN7旗艦版 64位元
可是我發現只要開個網頁CPU使用率就會飆高 更不要說一邊開多個分頁一邊玩遊戲了
之前XP用的是2G記憶體 一邊開多個分頁瀏覽網站一邊玩遊戲都很順
換了WIN7後把記憶體提升到4G 可是光開個網頁都好頓 請問到底問題出在哪呢?
求高手幫個忙 小弟非常疑惑
以下為電腦的硬體配備 有需要補充的麻煩提出
小弟不是很懂這方面需要甚麼 謝謝

Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU E3400 @ 2.60GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.6GHz
記憶體4096MB
顯卡ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series
