關於電腦桌面不見和權限問題?

我家的電腦桌面所有東西都不見了

連開始功能表列也都不見了 在桌面也無法點右鍵

連還原也試過了也不行 我連安全模式也是黑黑的一片

一直跳出請求資料無法放入記憶體內

然後用到了晚上

就會跳出 權限問題

我無法關機 無法開網頁 無法開資料夾 都說是什麼權限不足

這樣是中毒了嗎?
