校長涉弊急辦退休 法院判不准

新北市多所國中小學前年爆發營養午餐弊案，五股區德音國小陳喬木當年11月下旬申請自願退休，隔月被檢調約談後以20萬元交保，去年2月被依貪污罪嫌起訴，新北市教育局將他停職並移送公懲會，且不批准他的退休案，陳認為他申請時尚未有案在公懲會，不該不准，打行政訴訟告教育局；台北高等行政法院認定教育局做法於法有據，判陳敗訴。可上訴。
