急~中華電信續約問題

因為綁兩年的約快到期了,想換一支新手機,可是我看中華電信7月分手機的DM,

1.有些他沒有標183型要多少錢,有些就只有標383型的,不然就是383型開始往上標,

那我是不是就沒辦法購買那支手機?(我是183型綁2年的)

2.還有是不是DM上有看到的才有在賣?
