求救大家venere被取消訂房問題!!!!

大家好

這次要去巴黎是使用venere.com訂房Grand Hotel Amelot(3天前取消不扣錢)
然後訂完過了卡後收到了venere預定確認的信件
結果2天後卻收到因為信用卡的問題所以訂房被取消了
飯店自己的訂房系統是會扣5.6歐的預訂費
那除了被扣5.6的預定費,還會扣其他款項嗎

第一次碰到這問題也爬過文都沒看到有類似的問題
想請問大家這該怎麼辦呢
