蘇力逼近 今天全台警戒

【許敏溶╱台北報導】中度颱風蘇力來勢洶洶，中央氣象局在昨深夜11時30分將宜蘭、花東、綠島、蘭嶼、基隆及南投以北縣市納入陸上颱風警戒區，提醒民眾應嚴加戒備並防強風豪雨，隨颱風逼近，預計今天全台都將納入警戒區，今天深夜到明天清晨，基隆及北部沿海地區可能有海水倒灌，沿海低窪地區民眾要留意。
 
蘇力昨晚11時仍在宜蘭東南東方約 650 公里海面上，以時速23公里向西北西移動，逐步靠近台灣，氣象局表示，陸上警戒區域已逐步擴大，若蘇力的移動路徑與速度不變，今晚到明天上半天是颱風影響最劇烈時刻。
