OL控遭剝光搓胸指姦　證據不足判無罪

【陳偉周／基隆報導】去年9月初基隆市1名男子因心情差，約女同事回家喝酒，趁女同事喝醉時，剝開她上衣搓胸，還大膽用右手手指伸入下體性侵得逞，事後女同事大怒對男子提告，法院審理認為女子事後還常與被告聯繫，性侵證據不足判決被告無罪。
 
法官審理認指出，男子稱是兩廂情願，女子口頭拒絕說：「不要這樣，這樣你女友要怎麼辦」。女子向法官說很害怕見到告，卻又在提告後傳簡訊與被告連繫，認為女子說詞反覆，所提性侵證據不足，日前判決告無罪，全案仍可上訴。
