SAMPO電視不能看 ( 20點 !! )

我家的SAMPO電視不能看
可以開
除了電源燈會轉為綠色之外
其他都不能動作 螢幕是黑的 不是雪花
連關掉都不行 按螢幕下方的鍵也沒動作
原本以為是遙控壞了
可是把電源拔掉再插上去重開後
確定遙控器沒壞 之後我又重複開機再拔插頭的動作
怕瞬間切斷電源會損害電視 所以我試了幾次後就罷休

想問一下是設定問題還是電視哪個部分壞了?

如果要修 費用大概在哪個範圍?
