您好喔~

由於買賣是訂立契約，而根據民法第76條，如下:

第79條（限制行為能力人訂立契約之效力）
限制行為能力人未得法定代理人之允許，所訂立之契約，須經法定代理人之承認，始生效力。

所以如果你買了筆電，需要你的法定代理人(大部分是父母)事後承認，才有效喔!
而法定代理人承認之前，這個買賣契約效力未定
總之主要還是取決於你的法定代理人是否願意承認囉!
