小弟早上到下午有一份工作，有保勞保下午到晚上找了另外一份工作是餐廳外場，應該會待三個月以上，餐廳是喜宴模式，有點類似長期臨時工第二家公司說不保勞保想請問一下，我該要求公司保勞保嗎? 因為貌似還有部分勞保也會從我薪水中提撥會不會其實也沒必要? 感覺外場服務生的危險性不高不過這樣好像本來退休金公司也要出一部分，不保就領不到了? 爬過一些文章...還是不太清楚... 勞保和勞退，是同一種東西嗎? 還是公司可以只出其中一個謝謝各位大大 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.171.185.235 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1425635599.A.01F.html
