法德：烏東停火大致獲遵守

根據法國總統府今天的聲明，法國和德國表示，儘管有地方事件發生，烏克蘭東部的停火大體上獲得遵守，而這些地方事件需要趕快解決。

聲明說，法國總統歐蘭德、德國總理梅克爾，與俄羅斯、烏克蘭的總統就12日在白俄羅斯首都明斯克締結的這紙停火協議進行交談，而大家都同意須按協議規定往下一階段邁進。

15日凌晨子夜起，根據停火協議，整個烏克蘭東部的槍聲突然沉寂下來；這紙停火協議是在法、德領銜進行1週外交折衝後締結。

不過親俄羅斯叛軍聲稱，他們不會在烏東戰略重鎮傑巴利采韋（Debaltseve）遵守停火，戌守傑巴利采韋的烏克蘭政府軍遭叛軍重重包圍。
