麥莉甜蜜po床照　男友「世上最幸運的人」

前迪士尼小天后麥莉希拉（Miley Cyrus）和男友派屈克史瓦辛格熱戀3個多月，最近迎來他倆交往後的第1個情人節。只見派屈克用心良苦地把心型氣球跟一大束玫瑰花擺在床邊，讓躺在床上的麥莉一睜開眼就看到這甜蜜驚喜，開心將照片po上Instagram，不枉他日前被麥莉誇為「最棒的男友」。

隨後派屈克也在Instagram分享跟麥莉的貼臉自拍照，並說：「Luckiest guy in the world.（世上最幸運的男人）」濃情密意藏都藏不住。（陳怡伶／綜合報導）
