新竹縣衛生局稽查53家業者 6家使用

双鵬股份有限公司疑使用飼料用雞血，混製成黑心鴨血，再販售給火鍋業者及市場，由於該公司市占率高，新竹縣衛生局今日稽查53家業者，發現共有6家使用，包含鼎王、千葉在內，不過業者昨多自主下架，衛生局也責令暫停供應並下架。

新竹縣衛生局指出，這六間業者分別為鼎王、千葉、老四川、辣王、無名、辣點，前五間位在竹北市，最後一間則位在新豐鄉，多數業者均稱並不知情，不過得知消息後，已停止使用。

新竹縣衛生局表，業者若將飼料用禽血作為食品原料，加工製造及販售，有危害健康之虞，違反食品安全衛生管理法第15條規定，呼籲轄內業者應暫停供應並自主下架。
