新北租屋好康 捷運青年住宅租金補貼開跑
新北市城鄉局為減輕青年租屋壓力，全國首創「捷運青年住宅租金補貼」，只要是 20 歲以上、未滿 40 歲的單身及新婚青年在新北工作或就學，且符合相關資格條件都能提出申請，受理時間從13日至下月28日，有機會獲得最高28800元（每月2400元、最長12個月）租金補貼。
 
城鄉局局長邱敬斌表示，今年捷運青年住宅租金補貼將再增加100個名額，將新婚青年納入補貼對象，以減輕新婚成家階段經濟負擔，單身佳新婚青年共補貼300個名額。
 
城鄉局指出，捷運青年住宅租金補貼將適用範圍增加至新北有捷運站、火車站或捷運先導公車22行政區。有興趣民眾可查詢新北市城鄉局網站或新北市租屋資訊網。（陳威叡／新北報導）
